Proof that light roasted isn’t the only way to do craft coffee. We gave dark roast fans a quality option and it was an instant hit. The Chronic has big coffee flavor with hints of remembering the previous evening. With a subtle sweetness and bittersweet dark chocolate hit, it can stand up well to cream. Great when brewed via pour-over or drip. On espresso, the Chronic brings an old school roastiness that we love.
