At DOMA Coffee Roasting Company, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns on brewing equipment and non-perishable goods within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to initiate a return or exchange.
- 2.Verification
Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our quality standards and safety guidelines for food-grade products and hardware.
- 3.Ship Items Back
Once approved, securely pack your items in their original packaging and ship them back to our roasting facility using the provided return label.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested replacement immediately.
